By accessing or using the Aiscope website ("Site") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. Project engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties.

Content on this Site is provided for general information about Aiscope's services. We may update, modify, or remove content at any time without notice. We make no guarantees that the Site will always be available or error-free.

3. Intellectual property

All branding, content, code, and design on this Site belongs to Aiscope unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish any part of it without written permission.

4. Engagements

Pricing for any build depends entirely on the complexity and scope of the requested work and is set out in a written proposal. Booked discovery calls are paid in advance and non-refundable once the call has taken place. Specific deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and warranty windows are defined per project.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape large volumes of content, or do anything illegal. We may block access at our discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiscope is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
