What we built
We designed and built a custom multi-tenant management system tailored to how a Kenyan property business actually operates. Units, leases, tenants, and payments live in one place. Rent status is visible at a glance. Maintenance requests stop disappearing into chat threads. The team logs in, sees exactly where every unit stands, and acts on it — no spreadsheet gymnastics required.
