Smaller builds (a Spark project) usually ship in 1–3 weeks. Larger systems take longer and we agree the timeline together during scoping. I'd rather give you a real date than a comforting one.
Spark builds start at $450 and System builds start at $2,500. Final price depends on scope, integrations, and how much aftercare you want. You always get the number before any work starts.
Not at all. You bring the problem, I translate it into the system. Everything is explained in plain language, and you'll always know what's being built and why.
Send a short message describing what you're trying to solve — even rough notes are fine. We jump on a call, scope it together, and only then talk numbers.
Because you talk directly to the person building it. No account managers, no handoffs, no telephone game between you and the engineer. The trade-off is honest: I can't take on unlimited work, so projects are scoped tight and shipped properly.
AI is part of the system, not the whole system. Anything important is wrapped in checks, fallbacks, and human review where it matters. We agree upfront which decisions the AI is allowed to make on its own and which need a human in the loop.
You do. Once a build is delivered and paid for, the codebase, accounts, and data are entirely yours. You can take it in-house, hand it to another developer, or keep working with me — your choice.
It usually does, and that's fine. Small adjustments are part of the process. Bigger changes get scoped as a follow-up so the timeline and price stay honest instead of quietly slipping.
Yes. For most builds I share progress as it's built, not just at the end. You'll see the system come together piece by piece and can give feedback while it still costs nothing to change direction.
Then we figure that out first. Sometimes the right answer is a simple automation, a better workflow, or no software at all. I won't sell you AI for the sake of it.
